Sometimes when some things happen to us we tend to think that it is the work of the enemy. This is not always the case, other factors can contribute to the things that happen to us whether good or bad. Have you ever thought about some of the bad things you have done to others? Have you ever imagined them happening to you in return? Have you ever considered that God has a record of your actions and activities?

People of God, we cannot afford to be ignorant of these things, everything we do, whether good or bad is kept in store for us to reap at a later date. This is the law of sowing and reaping and it is established in the scripture.

Be not deceived, God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth that shall he also reap. – Galatians 6:7

This is true in all situations because anyone that sows the wind will reap the whirlwind because the harvest gives more than the seed which was planted.

For they have sown the wind, and they shall reap the whirlwind: it hath no stalk; the bud shall yield no meal: if so be it yield, the strangers shall swallow it up. – Hosea 8:7

The law of sowing and reaping is also the law of multiplication and the law of reciprocal proportions also comes from it. It is like the physicist will say that action and reaction are always equal and opposite. Anything you do triggers a reaction. If you are doing wickedness against anyone you will eventually receive wickedness, it may not necessarily come from the person you did it to, and you or your children may receive it.

Beloved, be careful what you say, or do against people because it will surely be repaid back to you in exactly the same way. If you do anything to cut other person’s life short, or to hinder them from making progress, you will receive it in person or your children may receive it after you might have left this world. In the same manner, brethren, every good deed you do will never go unrewarded. If you do not receive it, your children and your children’s children after you, may receive it. This is why we must all be careful what we do to other people’s children for the sake of our children and our children’s children. I want you to note what our Lord Jesus Christ said:

Therefore, all things whatsoever ye would that men should do to you, do ye even so to them: for this is the law and the prophets. – Matthew 7:12

If you wish people bad, or do any kind of wickedness against them, you are automatically setting yourself up for the same thing because God is just and will rewards us according to our actions. I want you to decide within yourself to live better than you have lived in the past by putting these principles into practice and it shall be well with you. Remain blessed.
